Member Dues

Property owners may obtain a recreational pass to use our property for picnics, barbecues and enjoying the natural beauty of the lake. This covers insurance, property taxes, mitigation and maintenance expenses.

A fishing permit may be obtained in addition to the recreational pass. This MUST be displayed while fishing. Bag limit: 2 fish per pass per day. Guest may use pass. Use of barb-less hooks is encouraged, as well no live bait as it can introduce disease. These fish do not reproduce in the lake, recommended catch and release.
